TERMS & CONDITIONS

A) PARTICIPATION FEES AND OTHER COMMERCIAL TERMS
  1. Payment should be made in favor of "Indian Banks' Association" and despatched along with this form
  2. GST will be applicable @18% on the above fees
  3. Invoice once raised will not be cancelled under any circumstances. Delegate name changes are accepted
  4. Please note that conference fee includes conference admission, materials, lunch and dinner.
  5. This is a non-residential conference. All participants need to take care of their individual travel, stay and/or any other incidental expenses.
  6. Participation fees is received fully in advance. There is no card swipe facility at the venues.
  7. Fees does not include any type of insurance cover.
  8. In case of post event payment, participant must file the Approved Purchase Order or any other equivalent document carrying full details such as invoice value, payable date and other relevant details
  9. If any delegate wants to cancel his/her nomination for any reason, the written intimation must reach IBA (producer) atleast 30 days prior to event commencement. In which case, any participation fees received will be refunded less a 50% cancelation fee. In case fees is not received at the time of cancelation, then 50% cancelation fee is applicable and will need to be paid by the delegate
  10. Cancelations intimated less than 30 days prior to event commencement will result in 100% forfeiture of participation fees. In case fees is not received at the time of cancelation, then 100% participation fees will need to be remitted to the producer.
  11. A substitute representative (proxy) from the same organization is welcome. However, organizers urge that the names and contact details be communicated well in advance.
  12. Fees paid is towards Conference Attendance, Delegate Kit, Lunch & Coffee at the Conference venue.


B) DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE TERMS
  1. Salutation, Name, Last Name, Job Title, and Organization name – as mentioned in the registration form will be used for badge printing, printed booklets etc. For the sake of brevity, brief names may be used.
  2. Data of conference participants including full name, job title, address, telephone and mobile numbers, email IDs, and show photographs, video proceeds of conference – as received/gathered at the time of formal interaction and/or registration, will be used by organizers for enrolment, event marketing, program development and publicity purposes. These could be by way of email campaigns, print campaigns, broadcast services and other forms through self or through participating sponsors.

C) GENERAL DISCLAIMERS AND OTHER TERMS
  1. The program may change due to unforeseen circumstances, and the organizers reserve the right to alter the venue and/or list of speakers. Conference Organizers do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to property belonging to, nor for any personal injury of attendees at the event - whether within the event venue or otherwise.
  2. Conference participants are urged to take utmost care of their personal belongings such as travel bags, laptop computers, mobile phones, passport etc. The Organizers or hotel management will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items.
  3. The producers and organizers will not be held liable (for any unlikely losses or consequential losses) whatsoever in case the event is cancelled, postponed or suspended due to heavy rain, flood, war, earthquake, storms, fire, acts of terrorism, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance, accidents or events causing non-availability of the venue or non-availability of key people to be present at the venue or for any reason that renders the event unviable for execution.
