Nitin Chugh, 46, is currently the Country Head - Digital Banking at HDFC Bank. In his current role, Mr. Chugh is spearheading and catalyzing the digital transformation of the bank, for the last five years. He currently has direct or supervisory responsibilities for the Bank's Digital Marketing and Acquisition, Phone Banking, Outbound Customer Contact Center, and the Virtual Relationship Manager channel.

N. S. Nappinai, a highly respected and senior practitioner (since 1991) before the Supreme Court of India and Bombay High Court, has pioneered the development of cyber laws in India. Her repertoire of cases includes a large array of cases pertaining to Constitutional, Criminal, cybercrime, IPR, corporate and commercial laws. She has undertaken transactions and litigations across multiple jurisdictions in her professional capacity.
Ms. Nappinai is amicus curiae before the Supreme Court in Prajwala v. UOI and is assisting the Court to formulate path breaking AI enabled alternatives to root out child pornography and dissemination of other heinous criminal content from online / social media platforms. Her efforts have resulted in consensual modifications to various social media platforms and search engines to help the cause of victims of such offences.
Ms. Nappinai is a prolific writer, whose articles have been published in leading National and International publications. She has authored a seminal book "Technology Laws Decoded" (in 2017), which has been well received as the "go to" book for understanding cyberlaws.
Ms. Nappinai is also Advisor, Maharashtra – Cyber police and as such helps through capacity building and cybercrime awareness programs. Dr. N. Rajendran
Dr. N. Rajendran is the Chief Technology Officer in NPCI. In this role, he is responsible for the entire Technology Infrastructure - including operations, projects, infrastructure architecture, data centre management, IT security and implementing key strategic initiatives. Spearheading the technology solutions, Dr Rajendran has been responsible for perfecting NPCI's system, processes and controls that essentially require quality standardization to support the goal of the company that is - 'Touching every Indian by 2020.'
After receiving National Financial Switch (NFS) from IDRBT in 2009, Dr Rajendran played responsible role in carrying out the overall functioning and developed it with utmost care. He efficiently led the transformation from INFINET application to NPCINet, which has now robust architecture and supports over 100 member banks with more than One lakh ATMs and about 100 lakh transactions per day, collectively. He is credited as one of the key founders of National Financial Switch and played crucial role in architecting and establishing NPCI's biggest Payment network - NPCINet. Under his leadership, NPCI has been able to achieve some of the technology benchmarks including - PCI DSS certification project, data centre establishment & data centre migration, new network of NPCI NET for NFS, CTS, RuPay, ACH, APBS, IMPS and AEPS.
With having over 22 years of technology experience, mostly into payment system, Dr Rajendran has managed key portfolios mainly into - designing, implementing and operations at some of the biggest financial networks in the country - Indian Financial Network(INFINET), NFS and NPCINET, which include ATMs, POS, Payment Gateway, Payment Switch, Network Security, Network & System Administration, Infrastructure Development, Information Security Management, and consulting experience with large banks.

Anantharaman (Ganesh), is the Country Head for the India Market and is responsible for business across all industry verticals and services lines for Cognizant in India. As part of this mandate he owns the P&L for this region and is responsible for driving growth. Salil's experience covers areas like large scale development programs, run the business portfolios, IT advisory and strategy definition, IT cost management, Digital Strategy definition and execution, Data Warehousing and Reporting and Infrastructure. Prior to Cognizant he was with Bharti AXA Life for 5 years in various roles; the last role as head of the technology function. Prior to Bharti AXA Life, he was with TCS for 10 years and has been in multiple roles across the software value chain. He comes with broad based experience around technology delivery, sales and technology management in domains like banking and insurance. In the last 10 years, Salil has worked primarily in the India market, but brings wide experience from earlier in his career across markets in US and Europe.
Surjit Das is an Industry Principal Consultant for Cybersecurity in SAS India. He has over 15years of experience in Presales & Consulting in the IT Security industry across verticals like BFSI, Energy & Utility, Aviation and Pharma.
As Industry consultant Surjit Das takes active participation in Cyber conferences, focusing on data and analytics strategy as a foundation to build the core of Cyber Analytics capabilities. He has contributed to build few specialized detection models within SAS and he is working with the data scientists team in the journey of deep learning and AI.

Ms. Anuradha Rao is an Officer in the rank of Deputy Managing Director and presently heading Digital vertical of the Bank as DMD (Strategy) & Chief Digital Officer. She was deputed by State Bank of India (SBI) as Managing Director & CEO of SBI Funds Management Pvt. Ltd. (SBIFMPL), on August 22, 2016. Prior to joining SBIFM, Ms Anuradha Rao was the Chief General Manager of State Bank of India, where she was responsible for the Personal Banking department. She was promoted to the position of Deputy Managing Director of SBI on 26th May, 2016.
Ms. Rao joined SBI as Probationary officer in 1982 and has over 33 years of experience in various facets of Commercial Banking. She has traversed through various functions and assignments with SBI, including Vice President (Credit), Chicago and Faculty for Credit at State Bank Staff College, Hyderabad.
Some of the key assignments handled by her include developing the Home Loans businesses to a leadership position and heading the Cross – sell function at SBI.
Ms. Rao holds a post-graduation in M.Sc. (Physics) and is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
Mr. Gupta has vast 28 years' experience in Banks and Financial Institutions and possess qualifications / certifications in the area of IT, Project Management and Information Security. Mr. Gupta has contributed in establishing IT Governance, Programme Management and Security practices in the bank and successfully handled multiple large complex IT projects. Presently working as Chief Information Security Officer in Bank of Baroda and responsible for managing cyber security for bank's domestic and international operations.
Shailendra heads Financial Services business for Global Business Services, IBM India/SA. He has over 22 years of experience in helping organisations transform by adopting new technologies and optimizing the existing one. He brings global best practice and experience of having lived and worked in Australia, Europe and South Africa for over 18 years. In his last role at Wipro, he was heading Financial Services Business unit responsible for business in Europe and Africa. He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.
Ashish is the Head of Supply Chain and Indian Operations for Capgemini's Financial Services business unit.
Ashish is an experienced technology and business consultant with over 28 years of experience. During his nine years at Capgemini, he has led large technology practices and has been instrumental in incubating various new capabilities in the areas of Digital and Automation.
Prior to joining Capgemini, Ashish spent time in business and technology lead roles at Satyam and Cummins. At Satyam, he has served multiple client facing roles leading large transformation deals for BFSI clients. He is a seasoned technologist with broad experience across delivery, pre-sales and establishing global development centers. At Cummins, he has played varied roles in Engineering Automation and Manufacturing IT systems.

PROF. N. BALAKRISHNAN
PROF. N. BALAKRISHNAN received his B.E. (Hons.) in Electronics and Communication from the University of Madras in 1972 and Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science in 1979. He then joined the Department of Aerospace Engineering as an Assistant Professor. He served as the Associate Director of the Indian Institute of Science from 2005 – 2014. He is currently an Honorary Professor at the Supercomputer Education and Research Centre, Indian Institute of Science.
His areas of research, where he has over 200 publications in the international journals and international conferences, include Numerical Electromagnetics, High Performance Computing and Networks, Polarimetric Radars and Aerospace Electronic Systems, Information Security, Digital Library and Speech processing. He has received many awards including the Padmashree by the Government of India, Distinguished Alumni Award, IISc 2016, SN Mitra Memorial Award of INAE, DRDO Academy Excellence Award, Homi J. Bhabha Award, JC Bose National Fellowship, the Alumni Award for Excellence in Research for Science & Engineering at the Institute, Millennium Medal of the Indian National Science Congress in 2000, PhD (Honoris Causa) from Punjab Technical University in 2003 and the CDAC-ACS Foundation Lecture Award. He was the NRC Senior Resident Research Associate at the National Severe Storms Laboratory, Norman, Oklahoma, U.S.A. from 1987-1989. He was a visiting research scientist at the University of Oklahoma in 1990, Colorado State University in 1991 and a Visiting Professor, Carnegie Mellon University during the summers of 2000 to 2005. He is an Honorary Professor in Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR).
He is a Fellow of the World Academy of Sciences (TWAS), Indian National Science Academy (Was its Vice President), Indian Academy of Sciences (served in the past as its Secretary and Treasurer), Indian National Academy of Engineering, National Academy of Sciences and Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers. He is an Independent Director of Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited. . He is a Director on the Board of IFCI, IIT Kharagpur, IIEST Sibpur, and IIITMK, Trivandrum He is a Member of the Joint Advisory Committee of Carnegie Melon University, Qatar and a Member of the Council of International Knowledge Centre for Engineering, Science and Technology (IKCEST), China.
He was earlier served as a Member of the National Security Advisory Board, Part-Time Member of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee to the Cabinet (SAC-C) and Member, Board of Governors of CDAC,ISI, IIT Chennai and IIT Delhi. He also served in the past as one of the Directors of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Central Bank of India, Bharath Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and CDOT-Alcatel Research Centre at Chennai and a member of the council of many universities and CSIR Laboratories. He is the editor of International Journal on Disturbed Sensor Networks. He was the Editor of Electromagnetics and International Journal of Computational Science and Engineering till recently.
He along with his colleagues from India, China and the CMU, USA created the world's largest Digital Library which proudly hosts more than a million books that are freely accessible by any one anywhere and anytime.
