Nitin Chugh, 46, is currently the Country Head - Digital Banking at HDFC Bank. In his current role, Mr. Chugh is spearheading and catalyzing the digital transformation of the bank, for the last five years. He currently has direct or supervisory responsibilities for the Bank's Digital Marketing and Acquisition, Phone Banking, Outbound Customer Contact Center, and the Virtual Relationship Manager channel.
He heads the digital banking function which works cross-functionally with various businesses in the Bank, to build and deliver a comprehensive suite of digital solutions, channels and products which deliver a superior experience to over 40 million customers of the Bank. He also leads the Digital Innovation and Transformation Unit which works on new ideas, technologies and solutions. A well-developed Fintech and Industry Academia partnership ecosystem has evolved over the last three years in the Bank. Nitin is considered amongst the top 30 Fintech influencers in India and has been a part of several committees and the Inter-regulatory working group on Fintech in the past. He was amongst the Ten Digitalists featured in Mint - SAP Report in 2017 and the only one from Banking. In FY 16-17, 80 % of HDFC Bank's transactions were carried out through Internet and Mobile Banking channels, up from 44% in FY 12-13. Madhivanan Balakrishnan is ICICI Bank's Chief Technology & Digital Officer (CTDO) – India's largest private sector Bank. He is tasked with building the ICICI Bank Digital proposition along with driving the technology agenda for the Group. He is also responsible for overseeing the Business Intelligence operations and initiatives pertaining to the development of the ICICI Group Digital Ecosystem.
He brings a wealth of operational, technical and marketing experience across diverse industry segments such as banking, insurance, FMCG, durables and IT & ITES.
Before taking over the role of CTDO Madhivanan was the MD and Global CEO at 3i Infotech Ltd., an IT product and services company with strong expertise in the ERP and BFSI segment. He was also the Executive Director at ICICI Prudential Life from 2010 until 2012.
Since 2000 Madhivanan has also been a part of the team involved in the transformation of the ICICI Group. Heis also credited with building the 'Direct Banking' division for the Bank and was also the founder director of Loyalty Services Management (branded I mint now Payback), a coalition loyalty program promoted by ICICI Bank through ICICI Ventures.

Shri Rajkiran Rai G. has joined Union Bank of India as Managing Director & CEO on July 01, 2017.
Born on 19th May, 1962, Shri Rajkiran Rai G. is an agricultural science graduate and also a certified member of Indian Institute of Bankers.
Shri Rai has more than three decades of rich banking experience including heading Industrial Finance Branch, Regions and Zonal Offices. He started his career in 1986 as an Agricultural Finance Officer in Central Bank of India, and has the rich experience of heading various branches at different parts of the country for more than 17 years. On his elevation as General Manager, he was given the responsibility of heading Human resource Development Department. He was the Field General Manager of Mumbai Zone of Central Bank of India, when he was elevated to the post of Executive Director of Oriental Bank of Commerce.
He was also serving on the Board of Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
Shri Dinabandhu Mohapatra, a post-graduate in Economics and holding a degree in Law, joined Bank of India as a Direct Recruit Officer in the year 1984. During his career spanning over three decades, he has headed various Branches, Departments, Zones and National Banking Groups in Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern parts of the country.
He carries with him vast knowledge and multi-dimensional banking experience including Treasury Operations, International Banking, Priority Sector Lending, Corporate Lending, Marketing, Recovery, Human Resources, spanning over thirty three years, including his stint as Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong and Singapore Centres of Bank of India.
As Executive Director of Canara Bank, he was overseeing International Operations, Overseas Credit, Strategic Planning & Development (including Economic Intelligence & BPR), Retail Resources, Marketing, Selling & Cross-selling, Government Business and Fee Income Vertical, Corporate Credit, PAG & Syndication, CDR & Stressed Accounts, Financial Management & Subsidiaries.
He was Director on the Boards of Canara Bank's Subsidiaries – CHOICe, Canbank Factors & Canbank Computer Services Limited.
